WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FIND YOUR SHOULDER STIFF ?

You may find that the limitation of movement is associated with pain or you may find it is without.

In both the cases you can start doing two exercises
1.Codman Pendular exercises
2.Wall ladder exercises

While doing the second one you mark your floor where you stand one day and use the same mark for standing other day.Now daily  watch where your hand can go upto (by crawling your fingers on wall)

In order to strengthen your muscle(which really has become weak because of non use)YOU MUST HOLD IT IN AIR for 3-5 sec and repeat 10-15 times.
