3. Wall & ladder Exercise/Finger step ladder  Exercise
4.Internal Rotation of Shoulder Mobilisation exercise
5. Scapular Muscle Strengthening Exercise
6. ICE PACK APPLICATION for 15 mints twice or thrice after the above exercises.
